New Moms Support Group

Starting June 18 & 19, 2026

We are excited to announce a New Moms Support Group launching in Murray Hill/Midtown Manhattan and Park Slope, Brooklyn beginning June18th and 19th. We are so happy to be able to offer a Hebrew language group in each location for Israeli and Hebrew speaking moms in addition to a group for English speakers.

Early parenthood is profound, joyful, and often overwhelming - sometimes all at once. This group offers a warm, supportive space for new moms to connect, share honestly, and feel less alone in the early months with a baby. Together we'll explore topics, including feeding, postpartum wellbeing, relationship dynamics, returning to work, and the deep identity shift that comes with new motherhood.

Danna brings over a decade of clinical experience supporting mothers, parents, and families through the transition to parenthood, in both Israel and the UnitedStates. She is a bilingual therapist (Hebrew/English) who works with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
