CHILD THERAPY
When working with school-aged children, our therapists provide a safe and supportive environment where children can explore and express their thoughts and feelings, learn coping skills, and develop better ways to manage their emotions and behaviors.
Our experienced clinicians utilize play, art, and talk to establish a trusting and empathetic relationship with each child. We utilize strategies from a variety of approaches, including mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our therapists collaborate closely with parents and other caregivers.
