Are you exhausted from trying to get pregnant without success?
Have you experienced multiple losses or fertility treatments that left you feeling hopeless, anxious, or unsure what to do next?
Did your doctor recommend therapy as you weigh your next steps?
You're not alone. Many people feel lost as they struggle with infertility, overwhelmed by choices, worn down by grief, and caught in an emotional cycle of hope and heartbreak.
Our therapy helps you feel more grounded, supported, and confident in your decisions.
Our Therapy Focus:
We help individuals and couples navigating:
Fertility Challenges & Treatment Decisions
Miscarriage & Pregnancy Loss
Anxiety Around Medical Interventions
Uncertainty About the Path to Build a Family
Feeling Alone or Misunderstood
When these begin to interfere with your life, it may be time for focused support.
Infertility Therapy That Isn’t
“Pressure To Just Stay Positive”
Whether you’ve been trying for months or years, our goal is not to “fix” anything. It is to help you feel less alone, more supported, and more connected to yourself.
In therapy, we’ll work to:
Identify and reduce the stressors in your daily life
Manage the anxiety and emotional weight of treatment cycles
Help you tolerate the uncertainty of this process
Build sustainable coping tools
Explore your options with greater confidence and clarity
This work is about emotional relief, it’s not pressure to “stay positive.” We make space for the real grief, fear, and questions that show up.
How Therapy With Us Works
You’ll receive integrative, trauma-informed care backed by advanced perinatal training and deep professional collaboration.
We draw from:
-
CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that can heighten anxiety, guilt, or hopelessness. In reproductive therapy, it’s especially useful for managing the constant mental spirals that can come with uncertainty and loss.
-
ACT supports you in building emotional flexibility and learning how to live meaningfully, even when circumstances feel out of your control. It’s helpful when you're overwhelmed by choices or feeling stuck between grief and hope.
-
Psychodynamic therapy helps you understand how your past experiences, especially in relationships, may be impacting how you’re coping now. By exploring deeper emotional patterns, we can bring more clarity, self-compassion, and connection to your present struggles.
-
DBT offers practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and grounding, essential during the ups and downs of fertility treatment. We focus on skills you can use in real time when anxiety, sadness, or frustration feels too big to manage alone.
We also regularly collaborate with OB/GYNs, fertility specialists, and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists.
You don’t have to manage all of this alone.

Let’s talk.
