I am a licensed social worker and therapist who works with children, teens, parents, and adults. I support my clients in developing greater emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. Helping children, parents, and adults feel understood, supported, and less alone has been at the center of my work for over a decade. I work with babies, children, teens, parents, and adults, and I approach therapy as a thoughtful, collaborative process—one that honors each person’s unique emotional world and life context. I aim to create a steady, safe space where clients can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what they’re experiencing.

I hold a BA in Social Work from the University of Haifa and an MSW from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. I completed postgraduate training in Parent-Infant Psychotherapy at Columbia University, where I deepened my focus on early relationships, attachment, and the emotional experiences of both infants and caregivers. My training and clinical work have taken place across Israel and the United States, in settings that include outpatient clinics, home-visiting programs, residential youth facilities, and private practice.

My work is grounded in attachment-based and psychodynamic thinking, and I integrate play therapy, talk therapy, dyadic parent–infant and parent–child work, parent guidance, and evidence-based tools as needed. I support babies and caregivers through dyadic treatment, work with children and teens around emotional and behavioral concerns, and provide therapy to adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, relationship stress, and life transitions. I also work with mothers and fathers during the prenatal and postnatal period, as they adjust to pregnancy and early parenthood.

In addition to my formal training, I have pursued ongoing professional development in Integrative Parent Psychotherapy (IPP), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and perinatal mental health, including advanced training on supporting women during the perinatal period.

I am fluent in Hebrew and English and work with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I strive to offer therapy that is attuned, respectful, and responsive, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

I live in Manhattan with my husband and our three children, and I love spending time hiking in nature.
